plain-me overseas shopping notice  

1. Payment
Pay by credit card,Alipay. (We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, JCB Card, and all orders charged with New Taiwan Dollar. To the currency exchange rate service fees, and all other additional expense the bank issuing would charge to customers).

2. Delivery and Freight
We use International SF Express courier delivery, depends on your location. The system will calculate the shipping costs automatically according to the total weight of the order.

3. Delivery Area

• We delivery to all the countries that SF Express offered.
• If there is no SF Express self-operated base in the delivery area, it will automatically be converted to local logistics transportation. Customers are responsible for the additional fees incurred.

4. Shipping days
Please allow up to 3-7 days to process your order. (not including weekends or holidays). Once the order has been confirmed without following situation, such as: out of stock, defected product, then the order will be shipped with a tracking number. Please note that some shipments may experience delays due to the customs clearance process, which are outside of our control.

5. International duties and taxes

• Orders shipped outside of the Taiwan may be subject to duties or VAT. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.  
• Customers are responsible for the original shipping fees and any customs, import duties.

6. International returns

• If you are not fully satisfied with the merchandise, simply contact our Customer Care team(Click here) to request a refund service within 14 days from the date you received your order. All returns must be authorized by us before sending merchandise back. Underwear, swimwear, and remarked merchandise cannot be returned. Please note that we do not provide exchange service for any products, you may have to make a new purchase at our online store.
• The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of plain-me. Footwear must also be accompanied by the original shoe box in its original condition.
• Original shipping fees and any customs, import duties are not refundable. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the plain-me warehouse. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account.
• The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise by a traceable, insured delivery service as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of plain-me.
• All returned merchandise should be declared as a "Return of Taiwanese Merchandise" on the customs declaration; without this the return may not be successful or may incur additional fees.
  
  

7. Other
In case of disputes, plain-me reserves the right to make the final decision and explain the regulations.

plain-me 海外訂單購物須知

1. 付款方式

• 信用卡交易。(僅接受 Visa / Master / JCB 卡並且以新台幣交易，匯率與手續費由您的發卡銀行提供與收取)
• plain-me 官網商品是以新台幣為單位計算。
• 訂單交易使用其他幣別完成付款結帳，實際支付金額會以您的刷卡銀行即時匯率計算，匯率差額會因銀行端與即時匯率影響，無法保證您的訂單金額會與實際支付金額相同。若對於匯率差額仍有疑慮，歡迎您直接與刷卡銀行公司客服窗口尋求協助。

2. 配送方式與運費
採用順豐快遞方式出貨，系統將依照商品總重量與收件地址，自動計算運費併入付款總金額，海外訂單不享有免運優惠。
 

3. 配送地區

• 依順豐快遞(查詢可運送地區) 方式出貨可送達地區為主。
• 若配送地區無順豐自營據點，將自動轉為當地配合物流運送，可能產生的附加費用，需由會員/收貨人自行負擔。

4. 出貨時間
訂單確認付款完成後，商品沒有調貨、缺貨、預購等狀況下3-7個工作天出貨。到貨時間由於國際配送時間較長，請耐心等候約3-7天。

5. 關稅

• 依送往國家之法律、規定等，可能徵收進口關稅、增值稅、通關手續費、郵費等。
• 當需收取進口關稅、增值稅、通關手續費、郵費時，由會員本人（當訂貨人與收貨人不同時，則為收貨人）負擔實際費用，並透過送貨公司直接向會員收取。
• 訂單若為會員自身因素無法順利配送時，於送往國家規定產生的關稅費用，將由會員/收貨人自行負擔。

6. 退貨服務
若於收到商品14天內有商品尺寸不符、不合需求等…我們將為您安排退貨，請至 線上客服 申請退貨。貼身衣物(內著衣褲、背心、襪子)與已於商品頁面備註無法退換貨商品，於售出後恕不提供退貨。

• 退回的商品必須保持吊牌完整與商品原始狀態，鞋款商品也必須保持原始鞋盒完整，若包裹包裝瑕疵所造成運送過程中的商品傷害，本公司將有權利拒絕退貨申請的服務。
• 退貨商品寄回之運費需由您負擔，且需要使用附有追蹤代號的貨運商寄送，若沒有提供相關追蹤號碼或不符合相關要件本公司將有權利拒絕退貨申請的服務。
• 退款金額不包含當時寄出之運費與送往國家規定產生的關稅費用；退款作業約需7-14個工作天。

7. 其他

• 訂單若為會員/收貨人自身因素無法順利配送時，於送往國家規定產生的關稅與運費，將由會員/收貨人自行負擔。
• 針對以上條文，本公司保留相關細節說明與調整權利。
